I'm an interdisciplinary, impact-oriented designer with 10+ years of experience building products & services across multiple industries. My diverse interests and experiences enable me to cross-pollinate between verticals for new ways to tackle complex social challenges.
I am currently building empowerment opportunities in San Francisco’s Tenderloin district through YWAM SF, and upcycling food waste into new materials. I am a part of the Human Rights Work Group at Coalition on Homelessness San Francisco and co-director of FaithTech in Silicon Valley. Prior to this, my work included starting DSI to train people in lateral thinking and innovation methodologies, setting up an open innovation lab within a 130+-year-old company, and taking a Red Dot Award-winning product from concept to launch in 13 months. My roles have included project management, design strategy, and product development, and I have designed and facilitated innovation and strategy workshops across Asia, Europe, and North America.
I hold an M.A. and M.Sc. in Innovation Design Engineering from the Royal College of Art and Imperial College London. I am a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) and a World Economic Forum Global Shaper.
